1. Acceptance of Agreement

By accessing the JRing official website, browsing product content, or placing an order, you are deemed to have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please cease using this website immediately.

2. Product Information and Disclaimers

(a) JRing makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, technical specifications, depth limit recommendations, and images, but this does not constitute an absolute guarantee of product performance. Actual results vary by individual and depend on the user's diving skills, water conditions, and physical condition;

(b) Product image colors may vary due to lighting conditions and display device differences; this does not constitute a quality issue;

(c) The depth limits stated on product pages (e.g., "Suitable for snorkeling within 10 meters") are reference values under manufacturer testing conditions. The actual safe operating depth is affected by multiple factors including the user's physical fitness, water temperature, and currents. Please always use conservatively.

3. Pricing and Payment

(a) All prices are listed in USD (or specified currency) and do not include customs duties or import taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise;

(b) JRing reserves the right to correct prices due to listing errors, significant exchange rate fluctuations, or supplier price adjustments. If the price changes after you place an order, we will notify you in advance and obtain your confirmation before processing the order;

(c) Orders enter the fulfillment process only after successful payment. If payment verification fails, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

4. Inventory and Order Cancellation

(a) Inventory quantities are dynamic. If a product is out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund or an alternative of equivalent value;

(b) JRing reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders suspected of fraud, reselling, or abnormal bulk purchasing, without further explanation.

5. Intellectual Property

(a) All content on this website (including but not limited to text, images, videos, product design drawings, logos, and page layouts) is owned by JRing or has been lawfully licensed;

(b) Without JRing's written permission, no content from this website may be copied, reproduced, scraped, or reverse-engineered.

6. Limitation of Liability and Assumption of Risk (Key Provisions)

(a) Personal Safety Disclaimer

Diving masks are snorkeling and recreational diving equipment, not professional deep-diving or life-sustaining devices. Users understand and acknowledge that:

  • Underwater activities inherently involve risks, including but not limited to drowning, decompression sickness, marine life injuries, and hypothermia;

  • This product serves only as a visual aid and breathing channel tool, and cannot replace diving training, the buddy system, or professional safety equipment (such as depth gauges, pressure gauges, or backup air sources);

  • Users should ensure they are physically fit for diving activities. Individuals with heart disease, hypertension, asthma, epilepsy, ENT disorders, pregnant women, and those in post-surgery recovery are strictly prohibited from using this product;

  • Users should carefully read the product manual before use and conduct the first use under the guidance of a certified diving instructor.

Under no circumstances shall JRing be liable for personal injury, death, or property damage arising from:

  • Failure to properly wear or operate the product in accordance with the manual;

  • Use beyond the stated depth limits;

  • Use of the product in environments outside its intended operating conditions (e.g., extreme cold, strong currents, industrially polluted waters);

  • User disassembly, modification, or use of non-original parts;

  • Malfunction caused by mixing with accessories from other brands;

  • Failure to perform pre-use functional checks (such as breathing valve patency and lens seal integrity).

(b) Cap on Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JRing's cumulative liability for product-related issues shall not exceed the actual purchase price you paid for the product in question. JRing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or loss of profits (including but not limited to trip cancellations, hotel booking cancellations, and similar costs).

7. Indemnification

If any claim, lawsuit, or liability arises from your breach of these Terms, improper use of the product, or infringement of third-party rights, you agree to indemnify and hold JRing and its affiliates harmless from all resulting losses.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

(a) The formation, performance, and interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of [Company Registration Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law rules;

(b) Any dispute related to these Terms or the products shall first be submitted to friendly negotiations between the parties;

(c) If negotiations fail, either party may submit the dispute to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration in accordance with its rules in effect at the time of application. The arbitration seat shall be [Shenzhen/Beijing/Shanghai], and the arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

9. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court or arbitral tribunal, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

JRing reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on this page, and material changes will be notified via pop-up or email. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
